About Me

Hi everyone,

I'm Amanda. I'm currently working full time as the Editorial and Administrative Assistant at Southeast Missouri State University. I'm also attending grad school there, working on getting my degree in Professional writing.

I'm still struggling to be a "runner." I've done a few races, but it's been quite a while since I've really done a lot of running (we'll blame part of that on the cold weather and my busy schedule). I'm hoping to get back into it though and finally run my first half marathon in March.

This is Copper, our labradoodle

I love reading, writing, music, watching movies, playing with my puppy Copper, spending time with my boyfriend, and spending time with my family.

I have a younger sister who is in cosmetology school right now and she loves it--and she's fabulous at it. I'm so proud of her and can't wait until she can start doing my hair! :)
